At Senpai Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion haul. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Senpai Store account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is unworn and unwashed to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
